Most service providers are handed a pretty site and then left to wrestle with it on their own. YMV Creative is different. I build websites like working tools, not showpieces. The goal is simple: make it easier for the right people to understand you, trust you, and take the next step.
Clear words, thoughtful structure, and calm visuals. Your site is built around what your clients actually need to know in order to feel safe reaching out, not what a trend report says you "should" do.

Fewer clicks, fewer choices, less mental load. I design paths that are easy to follow, so overwhelmed visitors are not forced to hunt for information or decode clever copy.

White space, readable text, and room to breathe. Your website should feel like a deep exhale, not another noisy inbox. That sense of space is what helps people stay long enough to connect with your work.

Working on your website should not feel like a second full-time job. I keep the process structured, transparent, and as low-pressure as possible so you always know what is happening and what comes next.
We start with a conversation and a screen-share walkthrough of your current site, if you have one. You share what is not working. I look at your content, structure, and basic accessibility through the eyes of your clients. Then I outline what needs to change and what can stay.
Next, I map out the backbone of your site: pages, key messages, and the path you want visitors to follow. You will see a simple outline or wireframe so you can react to the flow without getting lost in colors and fonts. This is where we make sure your website supports your intake process and your boundaries.
Once the structure is approved, I design and build the site, then walk you through it page by page. You get time to review and send edits. I record a short video tour so you are not stuck remembering every detail from a single call. Before launch, we test key user paths and make sure you feel confident logging in and making small updates on your own.
