Woodland Farm Case Study

"Yvonne created a website that truly represented our mission—and within days, it brought in a new client."

Building trust, streamlining operations, and creating space for growth

Woodland Farm is an equine-assisted learning program serving children and adults through hands-on experiences that foster personal growth, community connection, and a deep love of horses. In Fall 2025, they're expanding their impact by launching a homeschool tutorial—bringing even more families into their inclusive, nature-focused approach.

At the time, Woodland Farm didn’t have a website—just a Facebook page—and were feeling the strain of doing everything manually. They needed a way to reach new families and make everyday tasks easier: submitting tutorial applications, collecting payments, signing release forms, and scheduling calls.

The Strategy

We started with a strategy session where I got to know the heart of their mission, their personality, and their goals. I listened closely—not just to what they said, but to how they wanted their community to feel when they landed on the site.

From there, I developed a brand and website design rooted in warmth, trust, and simplicity. We focused on creating a user-friendly experience for both new and returning families, with practical features like:

✔ Online applications
✔ Payment links (via Venmo)
✔ Release form submission
✔ Meeting and call booking through a connected calendar

Throughout the process, I invited feedback and made revisions without ego—collaboration was key to capturing their vision.

Empowering the Client

Once the site was launched, I led a Zoom training session and provided a recorded walkthrough to help them manage their site with confidence. I also gave guidance on managing accounts across the domain registrar, site host, and website platform—so they could stay in control of their digital presence without feeling overwhelmed.

The Results

Within two days of launch, Woodland Farm booked their first new client through the website. Since then, several families have found them through the site, completed intake forms, and submitted applications.

Even more importantly, they now have a home online that reflects the care, connection, and growth they offer in person—and a foundation to support their continued expansion.

Final Thoughts

Helping Woodland Farm grow their presence and ease their administrative load was exactly the kind of project I love: mission-driven, community-focused, and deeply collaborative.

Client Testimonial

"I am so very grateful for Yvonne's guidance and creativity. For years, I have wanted a beautiful website to represent our ministry in a specific way but did not possess the skill set to accomplish the task. Yvonne was very patient during the creative process. She asked lots of questions about the aspects of our ministry that we wanted to showcase. We sent her a few examples of websites we liked and discussed how we wanted our audience to engage with us. Over the course of a few weeks, Yvonne was able to create a website for Woodland Farm LLC that truly represented our mission and the experience we provide for our clients. Within a few days of our website being live, I received a booking call which resulted in securing a new client."
